Do you want to take your career to the next level and become a key player among an international community of RAMS experts?

LGM North America is presently looking for a RAMS Manager. As part of the top management you will actively participate to the development of the company :


  • Lead a team of RAMS experts in aerospace, railway and defense sectors:
  • Provide guidance to your team in their projects,
  • Ensure staffing levels, resource scheduling and performance evaluations and development plans,
  • Hire new employees and build strong onboarding plans,
  • Promote team collaboration, harnessing the strengths of each employee,
  • Assess workload and redistribute accordingly.
  • Actively participate in the Business development of our RAMS department:
  • Look for new commercial leads and develop the portfolio of clients;
  • Manage the existing clients’ portfolio and relationships.
  • Act as a technical expert on RAMS matters by developing and maintain a strong relationship with the Business Line RAMS at the LGM Group level in order to deploy innovative solutions to our North America clients.


Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical with RAMS specialization,
  • +10 years’ experience in RAMS activities both in railways and aerospace sectors,
  • Solid knowledge of RAMS standards like CENELEC (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129), MIL-Std 882 and IEEE1474; ARP 4754, ARP4761…,
  • Proficient with the development of complex Safety Assurance techniques [PHAs, O&SHAs, FTAs, FMECAs, Hazard Logs, and Safety Cases],
  • Proficient with the development of complex RAM techniques [RAM Demonstration, RAM Analysis (Block Diagrams and Fault Trees), Spare Parts Calculations],
  • Proven track record as a team leader;
  • Have a demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and highly influencing skills,
  • Have excellent presentation skills necessary to understand, consolidate and present information in an efficient, clear, and easy-to-understand way;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
