In this role, you will lead hazardous materials abatement projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You'll play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing project teams, and contributing to business development efforts in a fast-paced, impactful environment. What You will Do:


• Execute projects that meet company financial, safety, and quality targets.


• Lead bidding, contract reviews, and client communications.


• Supervise on-site teams and resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.


• Identify business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposals.


• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project profitability.

• 7+ years in Hazardous Materials Abatement.


• 5+ years in project management and business development.


• Proven experience managing contracts, budgets, and project teams.


• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and financial systems.


• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
