Otter Co-op is hiring a Full-Time Feed Production Associate to ensure efficient operations at their Feed Mill. You'll be responsible for accurately receiving inventory, mixing products, and complying with CFIA regulations. Ideal candidates should hold or be willing to obtain a Power Engineering Class 5 Steam Ticket and demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage receiving and inventory of grain orders • Mix products using the Mattis System • Operate loading equipment and bulk trucks • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards • Foster a team-oriented environment aligned with company values
Requirements: • Preference for Power Engineering Class 5 Steam Ticket • Basic math and computer skills required • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs • Flexible availability for day and night shifts
