The Company:Our client is a leading Food / CPG Manufacturer in Windsor Ontario.With expansion and growth into the USA and across Canada, their Operations team is growing and seeking an experienced Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor to help lead efficient, safe, and organized operations in our warehouse and logistics network.The Opportunity:The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and coordination with third-party warehouses. This role ensures smooth logistics processes while promoting team leadership and continuous improvement.Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee daily shipping, receiving, and storage of goodsCoordinate inventory transfers with third-party warehousesMonitor railcar and container shipments and resolve transport issuesEnsure inventory accuracy, product traceability, and warehouse organizationLead and support warehouse staff; foster a safe and productive environmentCommunicate across supply chain and production teams to align prioritiesDrive efficiency through process improvements and strong operational planningMaintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standardsManage pallets, storage trailers, and fumigation programProvide backup for logistics and shipping roles when neededIdeal Qualifications & Competencies:5+ years of warehouse/logistics supervision (food industry experience preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with inventory systems, WMS, and ERP platformsKnowledge of HACCP, GMP, or SQF is an assetWhy Join the Company: Be part of a respected Canadian food brandSupportive team environment with room for growthCompetitive pay and benefits
