With a legacy of innovation and a commitment to engineering excellence, we are seeking a visionary Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Toronto.


Position Overview: As a Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead strategic initiatives and provide technical expertise on high-profile, high-rise projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Leveraging over 15 years of experience and a CCIL certification, you will drive the development and implementation of robust geotechnical solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in the analysis, design, and execution of geotechnical aspects for landmark projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on foundation design, soil structure interaction, and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and project stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario.
  • Extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record in high-rise developments.
  • CCIL certification or equivalent accreditation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire junior engineers.
