- Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, graphic designer, or similar role
- A portfolio demonstrating experience creating great user-centered designs
- Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation, iconography production, illustration, logo creation, branding, and interaction design
- Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred) Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision, etc
