As a critical member of Lactalis Canada's team, you will interface with Warehouse, DSD, and Distributor customers, ensuring proactive service and problem resolution. Experience in order management, data entry, and analytical problem-solving is essential for this position. Your contributions will enhance supply chain efficiency while supporting internal departments and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive customer service to warehouse and distributor clients • Process all incoming orders via calls, faxes, and electronic formats • Investigate and validate issues with logistics providers • Analyze order patterns and implement cost-saving measures • Produce metric reports for customer activity and issues
Requirements: • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in SAP is an asset • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task • Bilingual candidates preferred for this role
