The leader will unite Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue Management, Digital, and Loyalty into a single framework and work closely with Operations and Finance to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead an enterprise commercial strategy that supports growth across all hotel brandsIntegrate Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue Management, Digital, and Loyalty into a coordinated commercial structureImprove segmentation, pricing, channel mix, direct business, and overall demand generationStrengthen market positioning and loyalty engagement across B2B and B2C segmentsBuild and maintain strong relationships with tourism bodies, corporate travel buyers, TMCs, OTAs, consortia, and key industry partnersAdvance direct channel performance and digital engagement strategiesEstablish commercial analytics, forecasting, dashboards, and performance reportingEnsure commercial strategies translate into consistent property-level executionMentor, develop, and support a high-performing commercial leadership teamCollaborate closely with Operations and Finance to drive alignment, accountability, and resultsRequired QualificationsSenior commercial leadership experience in hospitality or a multi‑brand travel/consumer‑facing organizationDeep experience leading integrated commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Revenue Management, Digital, and LoyaltyProven track record improving RevPAR index, channel profitability, market share, and total revenue performanceStrong understanding of pricing, segmentation, distribution strategy, digital engagement, and integrated commercial planningEstablished credibility with corporate travel buyers, TMCs, OTAs, tourism bodies, and travel industry partnersStrong financial literacy with the ability to connect commercial action to EBITDA impactDemonstrated experience partnering with Operations and Finance to drive property‑level performanceBachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredWho You AreA modern commercial leader with broad experience across all SMDRL disciplinesA credible industry voice who builds strong relationships with partners and buyersA strategic thinker who can also translate plans into practical, operational actionsA collaborative leader who unites teams around shared priorities and a common commercial agendaCustomer‑focused, data‑informed, and able to adapt quickly to changing marketsSomeone who thrives in entrepreneurial cultures and enjoys building capability and elevating teamsSummationSubmission of a resume does not guarantee an interview or an actual transfer.
