Position: Inventory Control AdministratorOpenings: 1Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)Schedule: Thursday to MondayPay Rate: $23/hourStart Date: ASAPPosition OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control & Quality Administrator to join our Distribution Centre on the night shift. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced environment. Reach-truck (reach) experience is required for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inventory control activities including cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations.Identify, research, and resolve inventory variances to ensure accurate stock levels.Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other computer systems to track and update inventory data.Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to support smooth warehouse operations.Independently manage inventory-related issues during the night shift.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all inventory processes.Support quality control initiatives and adhere to company policies and safety standards.Qualifications & RequirementsProven experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.Valid reach-truck (reach) experience/certification required.Strong computer skills; WMS experience preferred.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on night shift.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution centre environment.
