As the Senior Sales Manager, you'll be the face of COVENANT GROUP to our customers, managing existing relationships, building new client partnerships, and creating tailored staffing solutions to meet diverse client needs. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual focused on long-term growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing staffing clients and drive new business in the Ontario and Canada markets and clients, with a presence in the U.S. Network with professionals making the hiring decisions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, source and qualify new leads, create customized proposals, and close sales.
- Account Management: Manage and expand client accounts, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Pipeline Management: Demonstrate a proven ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
- Reporting & CRM Usage: Track and report sales performance and KPIs, utilizing CRM systems and tools like ZoomInfo, , Indeed, and ZipRecruiter to enhance efficiency.
- Staffing Solutions Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, new service offerings, and staffing innovations to inform and advise clients continuously.
Qualifications:
- Outside B2B Sales Experience with Recruitment Agencies: A solid understanding of the staffing and recruiting business with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in staffing sectors such as light industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics/warehousing.
- Proven Success: A track record of exceeding sales targets, closing deals, and growing business accounts. The candidate should bring proof of previous sales records during the interview process.
- Goal-oriented & Leadership-Driven: Strong leadership capabilities and a passion for long-term growth and success.
- Willing to commute across GTA
- Willing to travel if required (up to 10% in Canada and the US)
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Competitive base salary (CAD 85,000 to CAD 95,000) per year, negotiable based on experience, plus an aggressive commission and bonus structure. High potential for OTE earnings (CAD 200k+, according to results).

Schedule:
