This is a senior strategic design role focused on shaping customer and employee experiences through journey mapping, service design, and long-term vision development.This role blends business strategy, design leadership, and human-centered design to influence enterprise-level outcomes in a complex financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer and employee experience strategy for assigned insurance journey(s)Develop North Star visions, target-state journey maps, and service design blueprintsPartner with Business, Product, and Technology leaders to align design with strategy and OKRsDeliver experience strategy artifacts: research insights, journey maps, experience roadmaps, prototypesPresent experience visions and strategy recommendations to Senior Leadership and ExecutivesGuide multi-disciplinary teams through human-centered design processesFoster strong cross-functional relationships and collaborative deliveryMust-Have Qualifications5–7+ years leading experience strategy for complex, enterprise or consumer experiencesProven ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, high-impact solutionsStrong understanding of experience strategy, research, interaction design, visual design & copywritingStrong business acumen — translating design into measurable business impactExcellent communication and executive presentation skillsDegree in Design or related field (HCI, UX, Psychology, Human Factors, etc.)Nice-to-HaveExperience in Financial Services or InsuranceExperience with Agile methodologiesExperience designing AI-enabled experiencesStrong visual storytelling and conceptual communication skillsWe use AI tools to: obtain basic information, detect plagiarism, false employment history or references, categorize your skills, and do an initial match with job posting.
