Location: Montreal, QC, Canada
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAPFICO Architect to lead a major SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation for an Aerospace & Defense MRO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial solution architecture, process integration, functional workshops, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO solution design, blueprinting, and implementation.
- Conduct functional workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, PM/CS, and PS.
- Provide expertise across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, and Product Costing.
- Support MRO, defense manufacturing, costing, project accounting, and billing processes.
- Drive fit-to-standard and SAP Best Practices adoption.
- Lead and mentor functional/technical teams and coordinate global delivery.
- Partner with business stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong SAP FICO and S/4HANA experience.
- 1 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
- Aerospace & Defense, MRO, or heavy manufacturing experience.
- Strong integration and SAP solution architecture experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Must be available to work 3 days onsite in Montreal.
