Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Salesperson role at The Focal Point Group. The Salesperson will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential tenants, conducting property tours, negotiating lease agreements, and assisting with tenant onboarding. Some remote work is acceptable for this position.

Qualifications
  • Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in conducting property tours and leasing agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate industry trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
