The Level 1 Onboarding Operations Specialist supports the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers. This entry-level role focuses on executing standardized onboarding tasks, verifying documentation, setting up accounts and system access, and ensuring accurate data entry across internal systems. The specialist serves as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries, adheres to established procedures, and escalates issues as necessary. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, basic technical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
