Intermediate or Senior Civil Engineer

with experience in municipal infrastructure (water, wastewater, stormwater, roads) and land development to join our team. Reporting to the Civil Engineering Lead, you will work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment—collaborating with planners, architects, and structural engineers under the mentorship of experienced professionals. work environment. Responsibilities

Primary Objectives Deliver high-quality civil engineering solutions for municipal infrastructure and land development projects that meet client, regulatory, and community needs Lead and contribute to projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence, efficiency, and risk mitigation Strengthen project delivery through effective coordination with internal disciplines, clients, and external partners Support team development by mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly within Indigenous, municipal, and remote community contexts Contribute to the firm’s long-term growth through leadership, innovation, and consistent project performance Key Responsibilities Lead and support civil engineering design for municipal and land development projects Mentor and support junior engineers and EITs through project work and reviews Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients Oversee contract administration and provide construction support Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering Registration as a P.Eng. with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) Experience
