Located at JLD-LaguëGroup, one of the largest John Deere dealerships in Eastern Canada, this position requires intermediate to advanced skills in equipment evaluation, diagnosis, and repair. You will work on machinery repair and reconditioning, responding to customer inquiries while adhering to safety regulations. The role promises a supportive environment with numerous benefits available after three months.
Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair customer equipment efficiently • Recondition used machinery for resale • Prepare new equipment for customer delivery • Record additional work needed on the job orders • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements: • DEP in mechanics related to heavy machinery • Previous experience as a shop mechanic • Passion for agriculture and industrial sectors • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail
