This role provides essential support to the Finance Department by accurately recording, updating, and managing financial information across various systems.Position Availability: This posting is for a temporary 3-6 Month assignment with a defined start and end dateWhat’s In It For You?Base Salary Range: $22 per hour Opportunity To Work for a Growing OrganizationWhat You’ll Be Responsible For:Accurately inputting and updating financial information across spreadsheets, databases, and internal finance platforms.Reviewing, processing, and organizing invoices, receipts, statements, and related documentation.Comparing and reconciling data between Excel files and accounting systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.Assisting with the creation of monthly financial reports, summaries, and schedules.Providing general administrative and operational support to the Finance team as needed.The Ideal Candidate:Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.Quick to adapt and confident in learning new systems and tools.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy when working with numbers and financial data.Familiarity with financial or accounting data is an asset.Logic Executive Search and Workplace Solutions is dedicated to supporting opportunities that reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
