  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials
  • Interpret, review and approve survey and civil design work
  • Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates
  • Offer mentoringCertificates, licences, memberships, and courses 
  • Eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial associationExperience
  • 7 months to less than 1 yearSupport for newcomers and refugees
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
