Surveyor / Field Engineer, Civil / Infra | Environmental Contractor
Environmental Contractor focused on civil and infrastructure projects across Canada
Our client, a leading Environmental Contractor is seeking a Land Surveyor to join their team in Hamilton ON. This position will be permanent role, project based for initial 1.Prepare layout and pick up of drilling and blast patterns, as well as loading and dumping areas
Conduct wall monitoring.
Record and store data.
Update drawings using AutoCAD and MineSight.
Assist with mine planning projects.
Ability to use survey instruments and do surveying
Effective time management, planning and communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Experience with Mine Modelling Software, such as AutoCAD, and MineSight
A Diploma in Survey Technician or Survey Engineering or equivalent experience
Previous field surveying experience is an asset
Experience with GPS equipment and surveying software.
