Job Description:

UPS is currently looking for Early Morning Sorters (Preloaders) for our Kelowna Package Centre Operations (Winfield).

We are located at: 8826 JIM BAILEY CRESCENT, KELOWNA BC

These are permanent and part time opportunities that offer:

In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, sorting, and stocking packages. You may also utilize package moving equipment to complete your tasks. If this sounds like your ideal opportunity, we want to hear from you

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment

  • Commit to work in an Early Morning Shift, five days per week (4:00AM start)*

  • Permanent shift Monday to Friday

  • Training and Development: UPS provides full training for all positions to ensure safety and compliance to policies and regulations;

  • Weekly Compensation: Employees are paid on a weekly basis;

  • Guaranteed Wage Progression: Employees are to receive guaranteed wage progression with a guaranteed top rate. On completing progression, all UPS Package Handlers receive a top rate of above $28.00¹ per hour;

  • Generous Benefits Package: All UPS employees have extended health, dental, and vision benefits.
