About the Role

The Pastry Artisan will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts. This role requires strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety regulations, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch.
  • Design and decorate pastries, cakes, and other desserts to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Excellent presentation and decorating skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, is required.
