Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Transactions: Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, including our banking capabilities and advice offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the branch.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma and/or equivalent required; post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
