Job Summary:

Collaborate with Store Management, Market Management, and Subject Matter Experts to educate associates and managers on compliance programs, ensuring trust with customers, associates, stakeholders, and regulatory entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compliance and safety awareness leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources.
  • Conduct assessments in designated compliance subject matter areas, including Health & Safety/Fire Code, Environmental, Consumer Protection, and more.
  • Deliver on-the-spot compliance training at all levels within the facility, including new associate orientation.
  • Analyze data to identify program execution gaps and trends, and support the creation and execution of action plans to mitigate risk and drive compliance execution.
  • Participate in regulatory visits, including online submission and engagement with partners for resolution of orders or fines.
  • Manage the hourly associate accident file process, including online submission, accident investigations, and follow-up.
  • Foster 2-way communication with Store Management for attendance management, progress note completion, and accountability.
  • Assist with collection and verification of required items/documents for customer claim folders.
  • Submit and follow up on Facilities Maintenance requests, including pest activity management.
  • Conduct safety walks and inspections as an active safety team member.
