Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver compliance and safety awareness leveraging Ethics and Compliance resources
  • Conduct assessments and identify program execution gaps and/or trends
  • Support the creation and execution of action plans to mitigate risk and drive compliance execution
  • Participate in regulatory visits and manage the hourly associate accident file process
  • Foster 2-way communication with Store Management and assist with collection and verification of required items/documents
  • Conduct safety walks and inspections as an active safety team member
About This Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements, including Health & Safety/Fire Code, Environmental, Consumer Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Food Safety/Pest Control, Privacy & Employment, Licenses & Permits, and Anti-Corruption.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field
