Job Summary:

As a Receiving Outfitter, you will play a critical role in the backend operations of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and accurately. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Systematically receive and process incoming shipments, verifying counts and accuracy with packing slips
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Perform tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging of newly arriving products
  • Conduct general replenishment of all departments, including facing and hanging merchandise
  • Conduct floor checks to ensure shelves are full, security tags are in place, and pricing and signage are up-to-date
  • Assist with merchandise purges and inventory management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and move and handle boxes of merchandise
  • Steel toes work boots are required
