We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Structural Technologist to join our dynamic Fredericton Structural group. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our engineering and technical design teams to deliver innovative projects that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Work with project teams to plan, design, draft, and prepare construction plans and cost estimates for various structural engineering projects.
- Perform field surveys for drawing development, site reviews, and as-built drawings.
- Communicate effectively with team members and become familiar with Stantec standards.
- Assist in field condition assessment assignments.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, efficient, and a good communicator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong collaborative skills for working with single or multi-discipline teams.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow Stantec's quality control guidelines.
- Understanding of the importance of complying with Stantec's Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) program.
- Desire to be mentored by senior staff and adapt to feedback for career growth and development.
