Analyze data to identify program execution gaps and/or trends, identify root cause and support the creation and execution of action plans that will mitigate the risk and drive compliance execution. Participate in regulatory visits (except Health & Wellness and Human Resource related matters) including the online submission and engaging the appropriate partners for resolution of orders or fines. Execute and manage the hourly associate accident file process including online submission, accident investigations, modified offer letters and follow up until resolution.Foster 2-way communication with Store Management that allows for attendance management, progress note completion and accountability to occur as required. Assist with collection and verification of required items/documents for customer claim folders. Submit and follow up to Facilities Maintenance requests including the management of pest activity. Leverage and utilize escalation tools to resolve issues and outstanding tickets. Conduct safety walks and inspections as an active safety team member. Follow up on action items identified through Safety Team meeting notes & Inspections.
