Bartender Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Autograph Collection/Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to work on time and in full uniform, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests, adhering to our 5 Star Service Standards and the standard beverage manual.
  • Run drink orders from guests and servers, checking tickets for accuracy and making adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare beverage requisition for liquor and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, making eye contact and using guests' names whenever possible.
  • Comply with established procedures regarding the serving of alcohol and the identification of minors.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
  • Knowledge of mixology and ability to prepare classic and signature cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
