Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient services to support the goals and objectives of the RCHRP. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide project management leadership through all project phases, ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient services to support the goals and objectives of the RCHRP. • Apply expertise to advise and assist senior management to achieve its vision and strategic direction. • Align with operational readiness plans as a whole integrated system. • Engage, direct, and work with/collaborate with the project team and clinical stakeholders. • Provide recommendations to the leadership team to mitigate cost overruns, maintain adherence to allocated budgets and timelines, and ensure delivery of a successful project. **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience in successfully planning and leading complex construction projects in a healthcare environment, including acute care. • Experience and expertise in Hospital Redevelopment Projects. • Organizing, managing, and consensus building among a diverse clinical and technical stakeholder group. • Building trustful relationships with project partners. • Consistently providing high levels of service. • Building high-performance teams. • Developing appropriate communications strategies and materials necessary for project decisions and partner management and coordination. • Creative problem-solving. • Proven track record in managing project teams, managing clinical stakeholders, work planning, and project management. **About Fraser Health** Fraser Health is a leading healthcare organization in British Columbia, Canada, serving over two million people in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
