We are looking for a talented Industrial Mechanic/Millwright with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate has a positive outlook and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Rebuilding various types of industrial equipment
  • Performing work requiring a working knowledge of welding processes and practices
  • Inspecting tools and equipment regularly and reporting defects or unusual conditions to supervisors
  • Operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and trucks to install or transport materials, equipment, and tools
  • Diagnosing failure modes and providing written technical reports
  • Measuring components to determine repair or replacement needs
  • Selecting and sourcing replacement parts as required
  • Installing and repairing hydraulic systems
  • Interpreting drawings and sketches to plan working procedures, including tool and material requirements
  • Assembling custom-designed industrial and mining equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
  • Disassembling, reassembling, and pressure testing equipment

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Ability to work night shifts and/or weekends
  • Current CWB Welding Tickets (an asset)
