My name is Lauren and my husband's name is Charles. We both work full time, although I'm currently on maternity leave and we are seeking childcare to support us when I go back to work. We have two young children, 3.5yrs and an infant months old by the anticipated start date).
We are looking for childcare for approximately 9-10 hours a day. Your day will include caring for our infant and picking up our 3.5 year old from a walkable school bus stop. We also require care for both children during after school hours.
We are seeking a nanny who is trustworthy, experienced, reliable, and who has a genuine passion and interest in childcare. Light meal prep for the kids is also appreciated.
We value nurturing care, clear communication, and organization. We also want to ensure that this person will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our extended family who occasionally support with caregiving, too.
We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $22/hr and are happy to discuss further if you feel you would be a fit. Please find the key responsibilities outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
Care for our children in a manner that promotes a safe and nurturing environment built on empathy and understanding.
Establish a strong bond with our children through trust and empathetic practices.
