We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Compass Canada. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems that are scalable, consistent, and aligned with our brand.
  • Product Design: Lead the design of our products, from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business needs.
  • Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior designers to help them grow in their careers.
  • Accessibility: Champion accessible design practices and ensure our products are usable by everyone.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on design systems and scalable design solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS cloud-based platform design.
  • Proven track record of launching and maintaining design standards and systems at scale in complex organizations.
  • Front-end foundational expertise, including HTML, CSS, JS, and component frameworks.
  • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
