**Key Accountabilities:** * Establish and maintain vendor/customer relationships with Tier One & Tier Two Telecommunication Companies * Develop and grow sales with Tier One & Tier Two Telecommunication Companies * Expand and grow Noramco's network of Regional Service Providers * Expand Noramco's Telecom Contractor Customer Base * Identify and position Noramco's portfolio with National WISP's and Wireless Operators **Job Duties:** * Ensure all job functions are performed in accordance with the Guillevin Standard Practice Instruction (SPI) Manual * Work with the National Director, Sales Operations to: + Develop strategic initiatives focused on achieving sales goals for your region + Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction + Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions + Develop strategic customer profile sheets in your region + Develop and maintain a healthy mix of Broadband and Wireless list of accounts * Manage sales and expense budgets to realize annual forecasted objectives * Collaborate with others on the Noramco Telecom Team to provide consistent and accurate sales forecasting * Work strategically with current and prospective clients to identify their needs for existing and/or new products * Manage your accounts effectively and become a trusted advisor in each of your Broadband or wireless customers * Respond to and process incoming inquiries and orders * Work with the Credit and PC Managers to effectively open new accounts in the respective regions * Ensure a healthy sales funnel and 12-month rolling pipeline is managed accurately and effectively * Leverage Noramco's ERP and CRM capabilities and platforms to strategically position its solutions with your customers * Develop and maintain Customer Profile sheets for key and strategic accounts in your region * Provide basic technical support on products when customer inquiries are directed to you * Build strong, long-term customer relationships focused on ensuring repeat opportunities * Liaise with suppliers on projects and provide insight and advice regarding non-stocking product opportunities * Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the Telecom Management Team * Work closely with the marketing department to establish targeted marketing programs * Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities * Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships * Coordinate and assist, where necessary, the various functions in office sales and administration * Work respectfully and diligently to grow existing business by promoting Noramco Telecom products and consistently offer our expertise and service * Effectively manage customer expectations and quickly resolve any customer complaint or issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Professionally represent Noramco's customer-first model that ensures superior customer service during each customer engagement * Prospect and develop new account business through a strategic process of warm and cold calls * Ensure all sales and technical training is current and with Noramco's key product lines by actively and aggressively pursuing formalized vendor training programs and informal product research * Stay informed of sales objectives, targeted product lines, required market-intel, vendor objectives, and competitor activities and actively promote new knowledge to management and teammates as deemed necessary * Stay current in your profession and enroll in continuing education focused on leadership skills and account management principles **What's in it for you:** * We are a major player in the energy transformation in Canada, certified as a Great Place to Work * We offer a dynamic work environment with great career opportunities * We promote autonomy and decision making * Our annual profit-sharing program rewards accomplishments * We have a strong national network offering real opportunities to grow * Our benefits include flexible group insurance, free health resources, group RRSP, postsecondary scholarship program, and more
