Responsibilities
Post invoices for multiple entities
Verification of supplier invoice accuracy
Payment of invoices on time
Bank reconciliation

Follow-up on customer overdue payments
Participate in month-end closing
Answering questions from departments and explaining errors
Assisting other technicians in emergency situations
Declarations to tax authorities
Other related tasks

Qualifications
3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
Experience with Sage 300 and Beanworks preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English and French
Experience in the hotel industry or property management would be an asset
