This role is part of our Point of Care, Diagnostics division, based in Ottawa, Ontario. We're working to empower smarter medical and economic decision-making to help transform the way people manage their health.
As a Materials Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. You'll work closely with internal teams and shifts to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials according to production priorities.
- Maintain accurate records and review production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to determine department requirements and maintain work schedules.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and costs.
- Education: One to three years of college diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: One to three years of relevant work experience.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
