Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Advice Centre Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in consolidating and enhancing monthly and quarterly business performance reports for the Advice Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of business performance reports, covering all aspects of the Advice Centre's balanced scorecard, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and data enablement teams to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement data visualization and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and drive business decisions.
  • Utilize analytical skills and business acumen to identify drivers of business results and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively deliver and present timely and actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with business teams to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages (Python, SQL, or similar), statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
