About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing general imaging procedures using digital equipment, communicating with team members and management personnel, and participating in professional development, teaching, and educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing general imaging procedures using digital equipment
- Digital quality assurance
- Communicating with team members and management personnel
- Participating in professional development, teaching, and educational activities
- Registration with the CMRITO
- Previous General Imaging experience
- Completion of a BCLS program, Level II: Basic Rescuer certification
- One (1) year recent experience in related area of responsibility
- Current experience (within the last 5 years) in general radiography
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity towards patients in a challenging situation
- Demonstrated strong technical skills and image quality
- Knowledge of basic anatomy and pathology
- Effective time management skills, ability to organize work, and set priorities
- Ability to work accurately under stressful conditions
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a supportive team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and recognition skills
- Commitment to continuing education
- Excellent teaching skills
- Demonstrated good work performance and attendance history
- Effective computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Previous Level 3 CT experience or willingness to be trained up to a Level 3 CT
- Membership with the CAMRT
- Completion of certified injection course
- Completion or currently enrolled in the CTIC offered by the CAMRT
