Charting the Course for a Successful Career at Irving Shipbuilding
Irving Shipbuilding is seeking 7 outstanding Engineering graduates to join our Shipbuilders team in the Graduate Development Program - Engineering Stream.
The Opportunity:
- Engage in a two-year developmental experience for recent Engineering graduates with extensive exposure to various operations.
- Complete four six-month rotations across functions to grasp the roles of each department and their interconnectedness, preparing you for a career at Irving Shipbuilding.
- Explore career interests, expand your network, and get insights into Irving Shipbuilding's operations from different perspectives.
- Join 3 other graduates in the Supply Chain Stream of the Graduate Development Program, forming a group of 10 participants in the program across the organization.

Additional Requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Naval Architectural fields.
- All successful candidates must meet the criteria for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
