We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to work as a Facility Assistant in a grain facility in Bow Island, Alberta, responsible for grain movement, sampling, and facility maintenance. Your Role As a Facility Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Loading and unloading grain shipments
  • Collecting and testing grain samples
  • Handling and delivering crop input products
  • Maintaining facility cleanliness and performing regular maintenance
  • Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
  • Experience in general labor, preferably in agriculture and/or farming
  • Class 5 driver's license
  • Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Ability to work in environments subject to dust and allergens
  • Flexibility to work in all weather conditions
