Key Responsibilities- Provider Agreement Validation: Review and validate completed provider agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Database Management: Enter and maintain provider information in our Express Scripts Canada system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provider Communication: Handle inquiries from providers, associations, and software vendors in a professional and supportive manner.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve team deliverables and support the success of our organization.
- Post-Secondary Education: A post-secondary school diploma is required.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Have knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy, medical supplies, and equipment or dental benefit administration and claims processing.
- Customer Service Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and understanding of the Express Way Values.
- Technical Skills: Possess intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Reader, and Writer.
