  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve problems and discrepancies.
  • Safeguard backdoor and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines.
  • Ensure cold chain compliance and document necessary information on the Receiving Temperature Log/Sure Check App.
