Job Description: Closing and Cleaning Associate at Sheraton Montreal Hotel

About the Job: This position is responsible for performing closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the overall presentation of the hotel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment, and areas.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
  • Follow company and safety policies, report accidents, and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
