The Team Lead plays a critical role in linking the leadership team and sales associates, assisting with operational functions and motivating the team to exceed goals. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Team Lead provides support and coverage in their absence, modeling desired selling and customer service behaviors to promote a positive in-store experience.

To be successful, you'll need to possess:

  • 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience a plus;
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and be viewed as a leader among peers;
  • Experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports;
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work independently;
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.

  • Creating an open and outward communication on the sales floor;
  • Ensuring adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Performing opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed.
