Job Title: Sales Associate - Plumbing

At Home Depot of Canada Inc., we're looking for a skilled Sales Associate to join our Plumbing team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their plumbing needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their plumbing needs, including answering questions and providing product recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing customer transactions
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing products and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
