Job Summary

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values and providing exceptional service to customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers and developing them for life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Display a customer-centric attitude and ensure customer loyalty is built and maintained.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues effectively at store level in a timely and positive manner.
  • Teamwork: Be a team player and contribute to the stores' success.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform POS transactions, merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipment, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep.
  • Product Knowledge: Keep current on our product and service updates.
  • Store Appearance: Ensure store is visually appealing and contributes to company standards through product presentation, replenishment, store housekeeping, store maintenance, and visual displays.
  • Loss Prevention: Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies as per guidelines and policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Retail Experience: Retail experience preferably in apparel.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
  • Retail Operations: Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter and uses good judgment in all situations.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
  • Attitude and Personality: Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly.
  • Customer Understanding: Ability to understand the needs of the customer.
