Logel Homes, a leading homebuilder in Canada, seeks a skilled Interior Designer to join their team.

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a strong knowledge base in current interior design trends and multi-family customer needs
  • Providing collaborative suggestions to enhance and update product offerings
  • Supporting the Design Manager in enhancing product offerings
  • Organizing and maintaining schedules and appointments for homeowner selections
  • Requesting product samples as needed from the Design Team
  • Communicating with homeowners and the Design Team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Providing budget-conscious alternatives to homeowners or re-selecting products due to discontinuation, stock, or supply chain issues
  • Responding promptly to homeowner inquiries and resolving field issues
  • Attending show suite walkthroughs for installation guidelines and product familiarization
  • Attending product knowledge sessions with Trade Partners
  • Ensuring all homeowner interior selections are documented clearly
  • Ensuring all upgraded products are documented correctly on change orders with applicable costs
  • Uploading documents to designated areas for processing
  • Notifying pertinent departments when homeowner change requests are processed
  • Booking homeowner selection meetings in a timely manner to maintain construction timelines

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Interior Design
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in residential interior design and/or construction
  • Experience in Sales is considered an asset
