We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional registered nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide independent nursing services, including administration of prescribed medical treatments and coordination of patient care and discharge.
- Lead a leadership role within the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Recent acute medical nursing experience required.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.
- Current CRNM registration required.
- Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba, is preferred.
- Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care.
