We are looking for a Team Lead, Quality Assurance to support our Knowledge, Information and Technology Services Branch in Ottawa. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.

Key responsibilities include leading QA processes and teams, providing advisory services on quality assurance standards, technologies and frameworks, and mentoring other QA resources. The successful candidate will lead the QA team and activities, including automation development, and have ultimate responsibility for ensuring the quality of our consolidated, next generation Grants & Contribution application.

**Key qualifications:*** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field* - Significant experience supervising and leading work teams engaged in quality assurance processes, both manual and automated* - Extensive experience writing test plans, test suites and test cases* - Significant experience with Selenium framework, .NET and C#* - Solid ability to create/modify/maintain unit tests using Visual Studio, C# and the Selenium or Playwright framework* - Advanced ability to review business requirements and develop appropriate Test Plans, Test Suites and Test Cases using Microsoft Azure DevOps* - Solid ability to create/modify/maintain test data using xml or json data files targeting multiple vertical environments* - Advanced ability to research and analysis quality assurance needs to recommend solutions* - Technology support - Communication (Level 3)* - Technology support - Conceptual and analytical ability (Level 3)* - Technology support - Initiative (Level 2)* - Technology support - Results orientation (Level 3)* - Technology support - Teamwork (Level 3)
