Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining our properties to a five-star standard.
- Respond to guest concerns and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine nighttime building walk-throughs and common area lock/unlock patrols to ensure guest safety.
- Diagnose and repair appliances, electronic equipment, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime.
- Organize and execute various projects in a timely and efficient manner.
- A high level of integrity and a demonstrated history of safe work practices.
- Post-secondary trade skill training, trade license, or similar work experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous safety training related to working at heights, electrical low voltage, boiler system safety, WHIMIS, and OFA level 1 is preferred.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills required.
- Mature, positive attitude and an eye for details.
