Are you a skilled problem solver with a passion for mechanics? Do you want to work in a state-of-the-art warehouse environment? Uline is seeking an Automation Technician to join our team at our Milton facility. As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring warehouse sorting conveyors and systems, completing preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, and working closely with our Maintenance, Warehouse Administration, Facilities, and Operations teams to ensure equipment runs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor warehouse sorting conveyors and systems.
- Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment.
- Work closely with Maintenance, Warehouse Administration, Facilities, and Operations teams to ensure equipment runs effectively.
- Assist with parts management, audits, inspections, repairs, and remote troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of warehouse maintenance-related experience.
- Ability to work independently, with a team, and train others.
- Electronic and mechanical skills with experience in PC and/or PLC control packages.
